Born in Basti, Uttar pradesh, India on 03 October, 1973. Educated at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Deemed University, Agra, B.Sc. 1991; BSc (hons): 1992; M.Sc. 1994; Ph.D. 1998; Senior Research Fellow: 1996-1999; Research associate, 1999-2002.
