Ag. 1993; M.Sc. Genetics 1997; Ph.D. Genetics 2007.

Awards/Honours: Nanaji Deshmukh ICAR Team Award for outstanding interdisciplinary team research in Agricultural and Allied Sciences as Team leader 2018; ICAR-NRRI Best Scientist award, Senior Scientist category, 2016 and Principal Scientist category, 2024.
