• Webinar on Scientific Writing by Dr. Mary Williams, Features Editor, Plant Cell and Plant Physiology - October 22, 2024.

• Announcement of the Winners of Infographic Competition

2025

• Organized a webinar on Ethics in Research Publications on January 31, 2025. The presentation made by Prof. S.C. Lakhotia from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi emphasized that research should be valued as social service rather than a commercial enterprise.

• Organized an Infographic Competition to encourage critical thinking among students on key agricultural issues, including food and nutrition security; climate-smart agriculture; water management; women’s contributions to agriculture; and technological advancements in Indian agriculture. The competition also aimed at enhancing students’ presentation skills and prepare them for future roles as scientists, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and leaders.

• Organized an interactive session with NAAS-YUVA Travel Grant Awardees at the XVII Agricultural Science Congress held during February 20-22, 2025 at Pantnagar.

• Organized a webinar on Writing a (Winnable) Research Grant Proposal presented by Dr. S. S. Kukal, Former Dean and GS Khush Distinguished Professor, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana on February 28, 2025.

• Organized a webinar on Research funding opportunities in STEM on March 22, 2025. The lecture was delivered by Dr. S. K. Varshney, Former Adviser, International Co-operation Division, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.

• Organized a webinar in collaboration with Amity Foundation for Food and Agriculture on April 04, 2025 on Beyond Short-term Gains: Soil Conservation for Sustainable Agriculture. Professor Gerardo Rubio (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) delivered a lecture on comparative soil conservation practices and sustainable agriculture in Argentina and India.

• Organized a Youth Parliament Session and Agri-Idea Pitching to engage young agricultural professionals in policy-oriented discussions and innovative solutions during M.S. Swaminathan Centenary International Conference held at NASC Complex, New Delhi on August 09, 2025.

• NAAS-YUVA facilitated the participation of six, class XII students in Global Youth Institute conference held during October 21-24, 2025 at Des Moines, Iowa (USA) organized by the World Food Prize Foundation.
