Subject: Submission of Journal Evaluation Proforma for 2025

Dear Editors,

This is a reminder to all journal editors who did not complete the journal evaluation proforma during the year 2024. It is imperative that you fill out the proforma for the year 2025 to ensure your journal remains listed in the NAAS score list.

Please be informed that failure to submit the completed proforma for the 2025 evaluation will result in the removal of your journal from the NAAS score list.

To maintain your journal's NAAS accreditation, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the evaluation proforma click here.
2. Fill in all the required information accurately.
3. Submit the completed proforma (hardcopy) along with three recent issues of the journal (hardcopy) by July 31, 2024 to the Academy.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated to avoid any disruption in your journal's status.
